eat less, do more weight training again :smack:

 

Well if you're weight training you should eat more and do even more weight training. My resolution is also to exercises more, to where I'm doing 150 push-ups, 150 sit-ups, and 40 pull-ups per day. Right now I'm around 30/50/10. :/ And I'm going to pick up running when it gets warmer.
