Feel free to strip the llama related posts out of the topic if you want to keep this thread on focus I'll kick things back off with a serious question, or more like some points to debate really: OCC is a relatively large site yes? So it should be branded as such (at least in my opinion). Obviously this is already done to a certain extent. The changes going on mean the opportunity to improve. Strong branding (we'll stick to talking purely visually for the moment) through all elements of the site will help to communicate what the site is all about. This obviously extends to visual elements which will/may get used outside of the site. An identity styleguide (brand guidelines) ideally need to be set out if they haven't been already. This basically covers rules on how logos/colours/layout can be used. Where does the responsibility for this kind of thing fall currently? With SOTW and other misc contests coming up, I don't know if a reviewer (I think Uber is currently in charge) will have enough time.
