Ddr600 On Hz's

I am STILL working on getting them up to 300MHz, they boot into windows all the way up to 315Mhz, but nothing is stable above 293 (OCCT) respectively 290 (prime95).

I am running 3-4-4-8-1T, other timing will be atached in a minutes when I take a picture of my BIOS.

I have pretty much tweaked all the timings to the death, but maybe some of you know something else to try. Voltages work best at 2.77 BIOS, or 2.8, but most people told me that is wrong for UCCC chips?!

those settings look interesting celcius, I have always used TRWT 3, TRC 9-12 and TRFC of 14.

Also, did your HZs work fine at TREF 3120? Mine are more stable at 3684 as far as I know

I was going to suggest 3684 for youre tref but looks like you found that one. Have you set everything from DQS skew down manually? Heres an A64 tweaker shot of what i used but could not get stable.

caffeine, for the top settings I have used yours mostly already. The bottom ones will be out for a try tomorrow.

The Expert BIOS doesn't offer to change the Write CAS Latency (TWCL), but you have it on auto anyways. What value does it give for you there? A64Tweaker tells me I have 1 clock(s).

the only value it can run at is 1, nothing else works (ie. auto = 1), so some bios versions just omit it from the available settings

 

i'm running my ram at 257MHz at the moment and have tried without success to get them to run at a faster speed because my options @ 2835 MHz cpu seem to be /11 = 257 or /10 = 284... i might have to try a 10.5 cpu multi to get an in-between speed... or try some of the settings you ddr600 boys are using hehe...

I see a massive overclocking session this weekend, but expect some suicides this afternoon, I might even get some 320MHz screenshots from these babies ;):P

in the attic now, OCing the holy crap outta CPU and mem here, SuperPI32M'ing thse babies right now at DDR600, everything looking VERY good so far (loop 9). Suicides to come, [email protected] load temps in here are like 33C, idle is around 20C. I feel some records are gonna fall caffeine!

Awesome! Hehe, mine would probably do 600 too... if it wasn't my bottlenecked 260 CPU :lol:

 

EDIT: That would awesome if that OC was totally stable at those insane speeds :lol:

Lol my 3700 was 24hrs stable 3013mhz 1.525v so you got some work king :D
