Andrewr05 Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 P4 521 @ ~4Ghz on Air Hmmmm... The CPU temp doesn't seem to want to go above 47C... Obviously its a good thing if it is accurate, but how can I tell if it is? Are there programs which read the sensors better than others? OK I'm an idiot the 47C is the temperature sensor located near the PCIe slot... The CPU is labeled as AUX, 31C as of now... /facepalm That being said... er... yeah It still didn't go above 31... During that test... Or maybe I didn't notice it rise?

RJR Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Well, since my board (P5KC) doesn't like pushing DDR2, I'll have to try some DDR3 in it and see if it likes that.
HITandRUN Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Well, since my board (P5KC) doesn't like pushing DDR2, I'll have to try some DDR3 in it and see if it likes that. Do you have some DDR3 ram already? If not I got the OCZ Flex II for sale which is a great ram for benching. Let me know if you are interested.
