road-runner Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 making progress... Nice, get it tuned up for the wars!
ccokeman Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 i am getting there...this should be good enough for the highest on air cooling :thumbs-up: CPU Voltage [1.450v] CPU PLL Voltage [Auto] North Bridge Voltage [1.61v] DRAM Voltage [2.16v] FSB Termination Voltage [1.54v] Pll voltage will help you out as well as getting the northbridge a little higher will help with stability at higher clock frequencies. I will go no higher than 1.75 on the PLL even though the auto overclocking utility gives the PLL volts a boost to 1.9volts. On my Blitz Extreme it takes 1.73 on the northbridge to get 962 fsb (1924MHz) Stable.
kingdingeling Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 NB 1.61v and you say go higher? Mhh, I have yet to take mine above 1.50v, but that's maybe because the cooling sucks bad @ss on there!

road-runner Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 quad super pi 32M run with Hyper Pi...may go higher after it cools off... Nice, Rehit you changing games on me? I will have to run this next time I put the windows drive on my rig if HyperPi is acceptable....
Rehit Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 all Hyper Pi does is run all 4 cores simultaneously without you having to set up 4 different instances. you only need one install, and only have to click start once...

Yea I know that, http://forums.overclockersclub.com/index.php?showtopic=77398 I just do not know that our leader here in the competition is going to add another category for it or what? Rehit Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 i figured since he thought it was neat, it was ok... i am surely not trying to start some new controversy. i am just lazy, and this is so much easier... if it going to cause trouble, just remove the scores. i figured 4 instances, was 4 instances...
