With a base model skyline you are paying for the name. If you are interested in performance, you can easily build up something faster for less.

 

Have any of you noticed how much less they were *before* that godforsaken fast and furious crap came out???

i'm pretty sure most UK skylines are imported too ya know. just that RHD is the same here as Japan.

 

non-V-Spec will be imported to the UK - V-Spec will be UK standard.

 

 

There's a GT-R V-Spec II, and a 25GT-V for sale within 10 miles of me... maybe importing from the UK or Europe will be cheaper... ?

there is still a high cost on the US-side of things to get the thing legal and registered I believe. how much are they selling for out of interest? convert to US dollars if poss too :)

 

i reckon they will be pricey

mine was imported new from the UK for $60k total for a 04 R34 skyline. it wasnt that hard, i just had to get it certified and pass the emissions/smog test.

Thats pricey o.o

 

Whats it run in the 1/4?(real times, no guesstimates :x ) :D
