HomerJaySimpson Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 (edited) Hi all, i just got my Samsung 940bw today and i've been trying to set it up for a while...When i put windows into 1440 x 900 it's fine, but when i restart or play a game and exit the game, the screen is all scrambled. Even if the game is in a smaller resolution. It seems to work ok on 1152 x 864 but obviously doesn't look the best. I'm beginning to wonder if my video card doesn't support 1440 x 900? I tried playing day of defeat and changing the resolution to widescreen as it has an option to do so but again the screen just got jarbled and i have to start windows in vga mode or it's locked in widescreen. Does anyone know off the top of their heads if my card can't handle it or do i need to do something else? Edit: Nevermind, i got it working, but only in 60hz...But i guess it doesn't matter on LCD's...
