HomerJaySimpson Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 I just bought one of these monitors, but because they only do the silver version in the UK, i went on ebay US and bought myself a black one. I totally forgot that the power input is totally different here though. Will i just have to get a pwoer cable to fit to a uk socket or do i need a regulator or something? DECwakeboarder Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 More than likely yes...but just check the back of it, somewhere it will say "input power: 110v" or "input power:110~220v" As long as it is the later of the two, you'll be fine just switching out the cord. kingdingeling Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 it usually works with high-end products, like that screen,or my PSU, which I bought here, but it worked like a charm in the US!
