Silverfox Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 Just over 1TB space whore! haha. it's strange - i didnt think so many people would have so much storage! though we must remember that these polls are subjective
sYstEmATiC Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 i got 3x 300gb drives in my main pc so i fell in the 750gb - 1tb range. but i also have 100gb in the laptop, 290gb (250+40) in my secondary machine, and various 20-30gb drives in other computers so i actually fall into the 1 - 1.5tb range. Hyper Threaded Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 I've got a 250gb and a 200gb in my main rig, gives me about 419gb to play with. Plenty of space to play with.
Iceroid7 Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 lol i have a friend who if you give him a 10gb drive for his computer and take the rest, he'll survive just fine on it, but the next day if you give him a 200gb, he'll have it COMPLETELY filled within a week. oh btw i have 60+160 in my desktop and 80 in my laptop =

lt_navvara Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 (edited) the best term to describe this hard drive space would be an upward spiral, the more hd space you get the faster you use it up and get more and more careless about what you fill it up with. i think this teaches all of us a very important lesson: try to make do with what you have and don't try to solve your problems by getting more and more of the stuff. but this is occ, and we all know what that stands for. none of us, including me would go for that, we are all performance hungry computer abusers who strive for nothing else than being able to say: "Haha mine's better than yours" edit: i only meant for your own personal computer to be included in this poll, since you guys have included family/workplace computers i would like another vote please.
