Just a quick question, what is the best compression levels and whatnot to use with a TightVNC client/server? I've got a 100mbps connection between the two and it still lags like crazy right now...just wondering what you all think would be best.

In my opinion, the "Fast Compression" option is best. After installing TightVNC client/server, use "Viewer (Fast Compression)." As for secure remote access, I use a combination of SSH & tightvnc-1.2.9_x86_viewer. Both have a 6th level Jpeg compression quality enabled. Over a LAN (100Mbps), the "refresh" is fairly quick.
