Queenz Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Ok when i boot my computer the fan stays very loud and is at super high speed. so when windows starts i have to open up this application that tells the fan speed in order for it to go down and get quieter. But i dont like waiting like this i rather have the fan slow down at boot and i dont kno how to. HAF2800+ Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 (edited) Check your BIOS, some mobo's have fan voltage controllers built in. It's a long-shot but it's worth a try. Or you could go and but a fan speed controller, add some style and functionality to your rig. edit: Buy a fan speed controller and give it a set voltage, I should've clarified that a little more...
