Guest Raven65 Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 via bought out or bought the rights from Cyrix. The processors have been out for a while, it looks like they might be making their way back into mainstream.
DevilMB3017 Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 VIA's mini-ITX systems have been quiet popular in the modding community for a while. Check out www.mini-itx.com for more info about what those guys can do. Considering the lower power consumption, integrated EVERYTHING it seems, and very low heat output, they are destined for laptops in the budget arena. Throw Linspire on there and you'll see $300 laptops in Walmart.
