Or it looks like rivits.

One suggestion would be to find somebody with a REALLY GOOD drill press, carefully support the card and try to drill them out.

You of course would want to go very slow and keep a very good grip on the card in case the drill bit bit into the metal and threw the card.

Good luck.

ok now i have a question if i were to return my silencer one for a silencer five would all i have to do be cuting off these 3 screws?

its bigger so i think it would be more then worth it not having the back plate on there to cool the ram

your going to need the backplate just to hold the thing on their... you could've just got a zalman... instead of the silencer... thats going to need some major modding just to make the thing fit...

Let me know how your temps turn out. I have the same card and I was trying to decide between a silencer and the Zalman VF700-CU.

I ended up choosing the Zalman and I get around 29-30C idle. I don't know what my load temps are, I haven't checked in a while, but I was able to up my overclock on the card to 555/1246 from 530/1170.

I'm interested in seeing if I made the right cooler choice.

Silencer 1 works okay for this card, I get about 60c in the ATITool OC-stability test with 567core/563mem. Just get some RAMsinks for your card and you'll be good to go. If anything, my setup works better than the Silencer 5 cos the core and mem are cooled separately.
