bigred Posted December 17, 2005 Posted December 17, 2005 yeah, it's not the first piston I've fried... my first 351 looked similar to that mess but you couldn't put a spindle of DVD's down on them btw the caddy MIGHT make her maiden voyage out of the garage and onto a trail tomorrow. alxes are under it, the 6.0L vortec V8 is under the hood (figuratively speaking since the hood is still not attached yet). it roared to life for the first time since I bougth it... heck the lift even looks nice

bigred Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Pictures bigred....we want some pictures of that Caddy. 599733 no pics till it's finished cuz it looks like crapola still as or right now the lift isn't right, there's no fenders, doors, hood, tail gate, or much of anything else on the body... very stripped down... plus it's only on 31" tires (will be upto 44" tires in the end)
danyo64 Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 even if it still is ugly.. pics would be awsome.
hockeyrcks9901 Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Yea. Pics of the process would be tight. Make it like a worklog type deal. I would love to see the process that this Caddy is going through.

Propane Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 it's still embarassing looking 599837 I think itd be less embarassing to show how you are doing on the project rather then to just tell us what you are doing... bigred Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 okay, I guess we can do this the way I learned it from the big 3 in detroit. show enough to peak curiosity but not enough to give up the suprises little suspension suspense? and a little "oops we left a door open" drama
