Anyone Have There Tube Burst On Water Cooling?

I was thinking of planing on buying a water cooling kit from aquarius.

It was such an awesome price i was planing on buying it until a naughty thought came to my head. (no not asian porn)

 

anyone have there tube burst on there cooling pump or where ever. Was thinking there might be to much pressure. Pump all of a sudden increasing or maybe the tube gets tied or bent or even clogged.

 

any problems?

Check the pressure rating for your hoses that they provide if any, your not using fish tank hoses .

if your that worried use hoses designed for pressure washing.... these are way more than whatever you will ever need.

 

connections are where you have the problems. make sure you use water tight connections... this is not rocket science.. Heck i have used zip-lock baggies and silicone for underwater photography and survived.. use your imagination.

The number one rule of setting up a new water cooler is, install and test it "outside" of your case first!

Unless you are thinking of using a 5 HP shallow well pump, i don't think you will have to worry about your tubes giving in to pressure even if they were suddenly kinked or blocked. You might have to worry about sharp corners and bends that wear out your tubing... But that's why you don't buy the cheapest stuff available to use in your computer.
