DarkScorpion Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 Leave it at this - if you want true a true PC hi-fi music setup, then a sound card is hardly a "good" choice, let alone integrated. The only "good choice" for music would be an external DAC being fed from a good bit-perfect TOSLINK, then a good amp, then the headphones (or speakers, if that's your idea of hi-fi) with some nice interconnects in between, a good, clean power supply and conditioner, nice power cables, and of course the headphones would benefit from recabling and getting woodied and screened (if you like its sound).
