I was not really sure were to post this but thats not important. I am going to go take my A+ exam friday. so dose any one know were i can get some good tutorials practice test or any thing like that for free. All post will be helpfull.

If you know it, then you shouldn't have to do last min study.

 

It's one of the most basic (and easiest to pass) computer related certs out there... the only thing easier than the test, is finding information and material related to it...

thank you for agreeing. the A+ cert is liking getting out of HS. it's so easy it's a dang joke. and if you can't pass it the first time out... then you should NEVER become a PC tech... since you lacke the basic skills and understanding that just being a PC tech DEMANDS.

well look i have tought my self everything i know i have never had a class because my school dose not offer them i was just going to make sure i coverd my self good thinks for no help. this was not posted for you to tell me why i need to take the test it was for help so if you cant help just dont post. amd i am only 16 years old so drop it. and i did not get to take it friday because we got a lot of snow and i had to change it to the 12

And as everyone said, Know your IRQ's, DMA's and I/O adresses.

 

Heres some others things you should review quickly.

System startup files for 9.x and 2000/xp

Laser printing

Commands to prepare hard disks for use (Fdisk, Format, Scandisk and related material)

DOS memory managment

POST error Codes.
