looks good to me, except I don't know very much about PSUs. Oh and you might want to get a different heatsink, I had that one ended up replacing it.

Only problem i see is the heatsink. Thermalright XP120, XP90, or the TT big Thyphoon would be a better choice.

Get a zalman 7000series + or, you can get a thermal right * i think thats what the brand is * XP -90 or 120 or 90a or 90 b i think you get my point.

They cost around 35-60

You could always go with a nice custom DangerDen or Swiftec Liquid cooling kit. I assume you'll be overclocking that opteron, and if you don't mind spending the extra time and money, a good LC kit would serve you well. :)

Bigr, how about you stop posting at OCC?

The onboard sound module on the DFI boards is known as infamous for horrible sound quality. That, and onboard sound in general SUCKS for music (at least the AC97 audio codec). And for gaming, higher quality sound can mean the difference between being raped and getting a headshot.

Well with all this stuff I was wondering... What about WARRANTIES?

Should I buy the Newegg Warranty? What is covered/not covered by warranty and for how long / how do I find out?

thanks all
