gotdamojo06 Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 Yes, I know this, I changed them from auto to 2.5-4-4-8-1T, however its not stable when I have a high clock... What I was asking is should I change the "Max Memclock" to a higher MHz, currently its set at 166MHz
hardnrg Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 you need to provide more info, just in general... like, do you have 2x512 or 1x1GB or 2x1GB, does apacer just produce ONE model of pc3200? i doubt it... what vdimm are you running? what cpu multi are you using? do you have tRC, tRFC, and tREF in your bios? can you get those settings with a custom bios? see... you can just say, "can i put onions in my pie?" if you don't say what kinda pie it is... if it's a beef pie... yum... if it's an apple pie... :|
gotdamojo06 Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 if you really wanted to, you could put onions in an apple pie but im sure most people (including me) dont want onions in their apple pies... ...but seriously... It is 2x512MB and under CPU-Z I have it showing the maxbandwidth is 142MHz the voltage on the RAM is set at Auto CPU multi, I believe its locked, CPU-Z shows it as 11x, My HTT multi is 4X dont remember seeing tRC, tRFC or tREF in the BIOS... dont know where a good place to go to get custom BIOS plus I dont know how to flash the BIOS <----not the best pic That pic shows the options available with my BIOS when it comes to RAM Anything else, just ask and thank you for the help guys! kingdingeling Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 The MSI's aren't that bad I thought. I used a K8N Diamond Plus and a Neo 4 Platinum before, and they OCed very well, the Diamond Plus was actually very much on par with my SLI-DR Expert!
