Upgrading My Pc, Take A Looksie

So im going AMD, im sorry but I love intel, but TOO MUCH UPGRADING FOR DDR2 and ddr 3 and like ddr times 100 and socket t which will be socket U or whatever other letter later on, AHHHHHHH

 

ok anyways, need some opinions on my newer setup coming soon (b-day nov 14)

btw will an xp-120 fit on an SKT 939 socket mobo, without problems?

That won't be much of a upgrade cpu wise... You'll notice a differance gaming wise with that 6800 Gt but those two proccors are pretty much the same... in fact my 3.2 ... or when i still had it working :( Actually beats my bros 3200+ sometimes

and how do the ati chipsets compare to nvidia's nforce chipsets

 

Plus random question, how long has nvidia been making nforce chipsets?

Nvidia is pretty much the best way to go for AMD Nvida has been making chipsets for AMD since when the Athlon first cam out

 

With the Ati chipsets someone was talking about was the fact that it supported crossfire, Vs Nvidia's SLI

 

Either way is up to you but if i were you i'd just stick with that nvidia chip

When u say, they have been building chipsets for amd u are talking about the MOBO's right?
