HelpMeOut Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 Everytime i try and start windows i get a message saying <windowsroot> \system32\hal.dll file missing or corrupted. exeter_acres Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 are you overclocked? if yes, then reset the bios or lower your overclock and try then... if no overclock... Ruh Roh Reorge!
