MadMan Posted October 31, 2005 Posted October 31, 2005 Ok alot of you get ready for a good laugh. I was just looking around on ebay for a 3.2ghz proc. Then I came across this bid that was going on that was claiming a system for sale that had a [email protected] for sale. Here is the link. I still don't believe it due to the fact that he has other systems pretty much exactly the same where they claim a [email protected]. I went on to look at the ram they are using. Corsair PC3200 dual channel. From the pics it looks like valueram. Funny
Guest FxXP Posted October 31, 2005 Posted October 31, 2005 I do find that somewhat hilarious, but at least he's admitting that it has been overclocked.

oralpain Posted October 31, 2005 Posted October 31, 2005 Those 2.6 presscots do OC very well, and with ratios the memory should not be a major hindrance. If that is a 533FSB prescott, dividers might not even be needed.

Guest FxXP Posted October 31, 2005 Posted October 31, 2005 (edited) Um, thats not true. There are Prescott 505J and 506 2.66 GHz P4's. They operate at 533 MHz FSB and are very cheap. Edited October 31, 2005 by FxXP
