Need Help Choosing New Standard Pci Card

Yesterday ati 9250 stopped responding for some reason broken i guess...tried it on dif pc too and didn't work... i'm on some Intel Extreme 2 atm which is doing good on some of the games that i play...

 

I would buy another Ati 9250 but thats like the 2nd Ati card that broke on me

 

 

help choose from one of these cards please....read reviews on newegg.com but on these their reviews seem kinda familiar....

(these are the only i can buy from a near retai store)

they're all around $60-$90 CAD

 

PNY GeForce FX5500 128MB DDR PCI Video Card

BFG GeForceMX 4000 PCI 128MB Video Card PCI (3d fuzion i think)

Can you post some specs on your computer? is their anything that you changed around that coulda messed it up? Dont automaticly think that if it doesn't work that its broken, might just be a bios setting....

80GB harddrive

1g mem 2x 512

window xp pro

donno what kind of motherboard it is...

 

when i start my pc with my monitor connected to the ati card on my monitor it says no signal...but when i connect my monitor to the onboard video it work fine.

well go into the bios and check for a setting that disables onboard video, and enable agp/pci video
