Listen, I got into games playing the EQ and stopped playing when i went into Anarchy Online beta...left that for Dark Age of Cameloot..left that for StarWars....left that game when they turned it into a twitch game. (Toss in some Freelancer, Eve Online , EQ2, Earth and Beyond thrown up in there in brief spurts) AO got my interest in the MMOs of space...and Star Wars took it to a different level with teh spice farming or resource farming..mining..and all of that plus the MANY MANY class choices int he beginning. Add housing that is insanely customizable..my wife picked it up even for the DANCER clothing and SIMS like house modeling. Factories...one of the most innovative crafting systems due to ration changes of changing resources effecting outcomes. It was a VERY nice alter reality to dwell in.... what games have you become EMERSED in to that degree? i do recall some good scenery and twilight hour playing and seeing a sunrise in the lands and being IMMERSED. not to mention the satisfaction of taking a HARD to win KEEP! anyway, what games have you played thay you enjoyed at that level...and what games do YOU look forward to (upcoming releases) in hopes it will "fill that nitch" of emmersive gaming?
