Need Bootable Dos Disk

i dont have a Floppy drive and want to install ME

 

does anyone know how to make a bootable disc for this?

Why on earth would you want to install ME. Voted worst MS OS ever.

because the computer i am gonna use is too slow for anything good it is Intel

400 mhz with 128 mb ram

 

 

and i tried the site cybergrunt said earlier but i cant figure out what to use on it

Erm, then you should just install 98se, ME is just plane crap... your right tho 2000/xp will run insanely slow

Why run 98SE when you can run 98SE (lite)?

 

* Rip out that nasty unsecure IE (and replace with Opera/Mozilla/Firefox etc.)

 

* remove the 98 shell & install the faster (less resource hungry) 95 shell

 

* strip it down, removing the eye candy etc.

 

* 98SE will run on a minimum of 32Mb hence 128Mb should more than adequate ;)

 

I use this efficient configuration on, K62 CeleronA & Duron platforms and find it really easy to set up... however access to a Win95 disk is required to overlay the shell components :thumbs-up:
