I have OCed a bunch of Celly's I think they are great!! Think about it, Celly's are just P4's that didn't meet all of Intel's tests. They lower the cache and FSB to make them into Celly's to pass those tests. I have made many Celly's hit over 3.2ghz mostly older northwood chips, but I did get my Celly 2.8ghz prescott to 3.5 stable with stock p4/3.0 heatsink, and yes my sig needs updating. What exactly do you need help with?

PS: this should be in the Overclocking section I believe.

If you have a northwood chip, I like DFI lanparty boards or Abit boards, I did use one Gigabyte PE1000-g PRO boards and had good results too. I have found with the northwood chips that the 865pe boards work very well and are cheap, just be sure they have adjustable bios settings for FSB, AGP volts, CPU volts, etc.

I have a Swifty H/S w/92mm Tornado on my 2.8D and it still runs higher than my oced to 4.0ghz Northwood 3.0c(30 cap).
