SVTmofo Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 i just stuck a gig of corsairs twinx pc 3200 pro, in my msi k8 neo2 plat. motherboard last nite, and now trying to run half life 2 and its kicks an error every time i go to play the game. i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. yep still does it. any ideas? SVTmofo Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 (edited) well i tried flashin the bios, not happnin, created a boot disk and extracted my file to my test folder like it told me to, when i restart, from the a: cannot go to my OS' drive, says invalid drive.. swifty11212 Posted August 27, 2005 Posted August 27, 2005 lol seems like msi only take tccd corsairs nicely well make sure your timings are loose and your overclock isnt unstable. otherwise get the RIGHT corsair (make sure its tccd) or instead of using eww mushkin, go with patriot pdp ram.
