martymcfly Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 about organization, I just use the Canon zoombrowser to sort by date in folders. Handy software.
Silverfox Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 tis handy, but, most ppl use a USB 2.0 card reader to save the battery (and time), so, can be a different scenario altogether (see my above post)
martymcfly Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 zoombrowser works with a usb card reader. I use one.
Silverfox Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 ooh! *makes mental note* thx mr mcfly. i will have to use zoombrowser some time then i guess! until then, my 100 pics per folder is going fine. i'll stick to my annual organisation probably
martymcfly Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 no prob. I used to be into SLR photography, but then my camera's lens broke and I couldn't afford a new one (i wouldnt want to, either, seeing that the camera was one from the 80's, pentax SF1). But then my sister decided to take up photography and just got back from SOCAPA studying photography for a few weeks (mainly anaglyphs). But I still photograph with my canon s50. I still wish I had SLR though
