Firefox Acting Weird

Hey yall,

I have a really weird problem here. I am currently reduced to using IE because my firefox jumps. It is hard to explain....

When i load a web page it is sometimes fine, but when I open a new tab or go to a different site, just the page window, and only the page window jumps up and down!?!?!

Not the toolbars or the edges of the screen, only the contents.

What is up with this?

The only way to describe it would be to take a movie of my desktop, but i don't know how to do that..

It has been doing this for a while, but it just recently got very worse all of a sudden.

Help, bc i hate IE.

I get something similiar with mine, and when I close the window acting stupid, all of the FF windows open crash. I've found that completely uninstalling and removing all traces of FF then reinstalling seem to fix it for a while. Don't forget to save out your bookmarks (and maybe prefs.js) before you kill it...
