OptikaliLLusion Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 When I click the shortcut on my desktop, Firefox doesn't start up. Hell, I even go to the Program Files folder and double click on the app itself and it doesn't start up. The process starts, but nothing ever happens. Help! nVidia_Freak Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 Just do a reinstall, or install 1.05 if you haven't already. Then use the new icon. Or you can try disabling the process, and restarting FF again, I;ve had that happen before, works every time.

red930 Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 its because firefox has a hard time shutting down. i bet if you hit crtl alt del you would find it running even though it isn't on your desktop. then stop the process and then re-launch firefox and it should work. Mostly if I look at live weather radar and close down the browser w/o closing the tab first.
