Quesiton About Msi K8n Neo4

I just got this board up and running yesterday. I loved my DFI nF4 Ultra-D. I just got a little tired of it blowing up my VX RAM every other week.

Anyway, is there a secret BIOS thing on the Neo4 like there is on the Neo2? I can't find the option to set a 1T command rate in the memory timings table.

And, is there a modded BIOS that will allow higher than 1.6v? I need 1.625v to run 2.8ghz.
