peshewah Posted July 7, 2005 Posted July 7, 2005 (edited) I'm having trouble with neo2 platinum. I've rma'ed it once already. Now the second one (its a refurb, newegg told me it was) is starting to give me problems also. I've tryed MSI and had no luck with them. So what else is a good mobo that temps dose'nt vary 20c from boot to next. Something that will work if you leave it set for 5 hours without having to reboot. I have a AMD 4000 .013nm cpu, an AGP video card. Any suggestions? How about the DFI Lansparty UT nforce3 ultra D? Or the Asus. Come on guys, help me out. peshewah Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 Thanks for the reply. I rma'ed the MSI board back to Newegg. This wil be my 3rd MSI Neo 2 Plat board. I had no luck with MSI. Other peaple do, and that great but not me. So I'll try something else and put the MSI in the closet for a back up. I hear that DFI has a lot settings and it can get complicated. I wonder if that is overclock settings or set up settings? Again, Thank you for you time and your response.
confuzzedintelguy Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 I would go with the DFI board out of all of them the Neo 2 had its golden time now the DFI will take over where the MSI left off.
