Did you modify any of your BF2 files or installed a new mod?

 

also did you install both:

PunkBuster (BF2) Security Files

PunkBuster (BF2) Player Client Files

 

also try to run pbsetup.exe

The only file I changed was the .exe so I didnt have to keep the dang CD in the tray all the time. Other than that, I just ran pbsetup.exe and it said it was up to date.

Welll..thats probably the problem.....

 

if you modded the EXE

 

have you tried it with the original EXE?

 

I make an image and then use Daemon tools to mount it....

K, ill give that a try. It didnt help on the last install, but ill try with this fresh install.
