Time To Seek Out For A Different Irc Network?

I think its time that OCC has found a better IRC network to support the IRC community of OCC. I know that ETG is a network based on gaming and other tech related materials, unfortunately, the DoS problems are becoming to be the repetition of what happened to the DalNET IRC network a few years ago.

 

With the numbers that are currently in IRC right now, I don't see why someone cannot setup a server on their own behalf to host the IRC chats, providing they have cable or an Internet connection better than that.

 

This does have to be looked over.
