Nerm Posted June 21, 2005 Posted June 21, 2005 when you go into bios what options do you have?
GuJuMaN89 Posted June 21, 2005 Posted June 21, 2005 well i went to the part about the CPU/chipset config, i have the options of changeing the multiplyer, i left it at 9x, option to change volt, left it at 1.5500, and then FSB option, wont go past 115 or i cant reboot, and then for the ram i have memclk setting, it goes from 200-400, and then like 3 different topics about CAS, and under 1T/2T - there is either auto or 1T
hardnrg Posted June 21, 2005 Posted June 21, 2005 my corsair value ram doesn't oc worth a crap... i'd say it's down to your ram

Nerm Posted June 21, 2005 Posted June 21, 2005 Those aren't much for bios options. Have you tried hitting F1 or something when going into the bios? .........nrg is right though. That ram probably is holding everything else back, but that is why you need bios options to turn the ram back and let everything else loose lol (so to speak)

Nerm Posted June 21, 2005 Posted June 21, 2005 sold my ram thinking teh corsair would be better :/ so i cant get a better OC with it? 496137[/snapback] Not without relaxing your timings and setting a divider, etc.

Nerm Posted June 21, 2005 Posted June 21, 2005 change your CAS to 3 so that your timings read 3-4-4-8 and see if you can go any higher than 215.
