thanks for the response, tried emailing them and they replied saying they dont do replacements =\

"Unfortunately, Microsoft do not have product spare parts replacement facilities available to customers. Therefore spare parts cannot be purchased nor replaced."

Use a book. Thats what I've done, just find an old book thats the right height and set it under that corner and your good. Or you could find one thats close and then put it along the back and just not use the other leg.

Posting in a zombie thread. :D

I know I'm kind of dragging this out but I just want to say thanks to texan1, fixed my keyboard.

I don't want to drag either but I am thankful for this thread being necroed.

That is such an ingenious and simple fix...

If something breaks, don't you just fix it? I mean I'm not saying you should have thought of this specifically but how do you let things go, knowing they're broken?

Different strokes for different folks, I guess. :teehee:

I'm more of a function over form kinda guy, I don't care what it looks like, but I'll rig something to fix it right then and there.

I just never found a good fix for it really. Putting a book under it or something like that wouldn't be very practical if you ask me. Aside from that, I didn't find it necessary to fix it, it still worked fine, probably not as well as when it's propped up but well enough that it wasn't a problem or hindrance.
