Drakos4eva Posted June 17, 2005 Posted June 17, 2005 thanks for the response, tried emailing them and they replied saying they dont do replacements =\ "Unfortunately, Microsoft do not have product spare parts replacement facilities available to customers. Therefore spare parts cannot be purchased nor replaced."
hardnrg Posted June 17, 2005 Posted June 17, 2005 well you'll either have to learn how to fix things with cyanoacrylate (superglue, crazyglue) or get creative with returns policies...
henbenley Posted June 17, 2005 Posted June 17, 2005 Use a book. Thats what I've done, just find an old book thats the right height and set it under that corner and your good. Or you could find one thats close and then put it along the back and just not use the other leg.

Andrewr05 Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 Thanks to texan1, fixed my keyboard. That is such an ingenious and simple fix...If something breaks, don't you just fix it? I mean I'm not saying you should have thought of this specifically but how do you let things go, knowing they're broken?Different strokes for different folks, I guess. I'm more of a function over form kinda guy, I don't care what it looks like, but I'll rig something to fix it right then and there. Putting a book under it or something like that wouldn't be very practical if you ask me. Aside from that, I didn't find it necessary to fix it, it still worked fine, probably not as well as when it's propped up but well enough that it wasn't a problem or hindrance.
