rh535 Posted June 2, 2005 Posted June 2, 2005 I have a Sharp(SHARP TV) 32' LCD TV and a XBOX HD AV PACK and i know it does 720, so i go in the xbox settings and say yes to 480 and 720 but i leave 1080 no because im not for sure about that size. Know my question is when i play a game on the LCD TV it doesn't look as good as my 13 crt tv and in the corner of the LCD TV I see in the corner it says 480 but the picture quality isn't that good. How do i fix this?
DECwakeboarder Posted June 2, 2005 Posted June 2, 2005 Does the LCD do 720 too? Picture will always look better on a smaller screen because the pixels are a lot smaller so you can't notice as much.
marsx69 Posted June 2, 2005 Posted June 2, 2005 You link gave me a blank page. So, if I'm looking at the right LCD, Sharp AQUOS LC-32D7U, you cant do 1080i or 1080p. Not sure why the LCD isn't displaying at 720p. Perhaps the game can't do that resolution? However, since your LCD will accept a 1080i signal try turning it on in your xbox. The LCD might do a better job at displaying that signal at the 1366x768 native. Good luck.
