Onyks Posted June 2, 2005 Posted June 2, 2005 ok so i got a crazy long s-video plug so i could connect my tv to my vid card and see stuff from the computer on the tv. obviously. my question is, is there a way to sharpen the image on the tv to look better, like to where i can read small print. i know there is detail loss between vid card and tv but id like to know if it can be improved. is there a program or anything i just dont know about? ive messed with the TV controls and the nvidia controls so is there anything else i can do? cybergrunt69 Posted June 2, 2005 Posted June 2, 2005 Basically, the TV resolution is a LOT lower than monitors. If you change your res to 800x600, then the output on the TV should be a lot better. I'm not a pro with this, someone else here will have a better reason for 'why'
Onyks Posted June 2, 2005 Posted June 2, 2005 yea i did that and it was clearer but since its a copy of the pc screen it makes the pc look like crap. is there any way to split the settings up? like 800x600 tv and 1024x768 pc?
