Iframe Won't Scroll

I'm in way over my head here, as I don't write code, but here goes. I'm trying to add an iframe to a web page using a wizzywig editor, it works fine on IE based browsers and Opera, but not on Firefox and Netscape, and I'm going to assume Safari. Can anyone see anything wrong with the code?

Edit: I tried validating the code, and it came up with a bunch of missing " marks, but when I looked at it in Notepad, they were there.

Tried sticking just that bit of code in a seperate file and seeing if it works properly then? Might be something earlier on in your page that's causing it to screw up or something?

Thanks for the reply, I got it worked out, and you called it, I had an empty text box over the iframe.
