Exos systems are nice. You can get it built into the case, or you can get the external unit. I have a broken version of the external, and when it worked, it took a whopping 10 minutes to install and get it running.

Whatever you do, buy it new, 'cause the warranty on the used ones is horrible. Also, the place where these things are sold (AFAIK, the only physical store is here in Federal Way, WA - http://www.infotechnow.com) is famous for screwing with warranty service, so make sure you keep all your receipts and _try_ to not mod the system.

For a while coolance was king but other companies took over.

It always depend on your budget, if you're looking for a kit i'd go with the Swiftech H20-120 Rev. 2 Water Cooling Kit, reviews are good ;)

I was going to get a Koolance at one point, but once I learned the temps would actually be worse than my current air setup (Swiftech MCX478-V w/92mm 80cfm fan), I quickly turned away from it.

More than anything, the Koolance seems to me more of a computer fashion statement than a serious watercooling unit.

Going with the Swiftech kit like others have said will probably be your best bet, it will be relatively quiet with the 120mm fan as well.

Have been using these two waterblocks from Koolance for six months they seem to work pretty good and are easy to deal with.

plus they throw is 8 ram sinks with each block

I would pass on Koolances & Innovatek CPU coolers -

using a 3/8 MCW6000
