Parrothead Posted May 16, 2005 Posted May 16, 2005 I have PC Anywhere installed on my system at the office. A vendor calls in with updates/fixes/patches for proprietary software that I use. Until recently, I haven't had any issues with PCAnywhere. But last week it just went wacky. The modems will connect, but they won't stay connected. I can see the vendor connect to my machine but within seconds they get kicked out. I have tried to change my firewall settings (turned both off and On ((with them listed as exceptions))). The only other thing I changed, was I added software for a scanner that is on our network. Is there any other settings I need to look at?
