inevitab1e Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 (edited) So by going to display properties/appearance and selecting color scheme, you can select your "theme" for windows. I have been using silver for months now, all of a sudden recently, my computer boots with the blue scheme even when I select the silver. This is really making it odd, I don't have a wallpaper, and the desktop color is still the silver scheme default, but when it boots, the toolbar is blue. And when I open any window, the text in the blue is just blurry black. I'm not sure what's going on, but my configuration has been the same for a while. http://img224.echo.cx/my.php?image=new4nx.png Everything in the picture should be silver, but the taskbar is blue, and the toolbars are blue, and text is blurry. That is the default "silver" background color. And the dang thing boots with it, and has these blue toolbars.. Bleeble Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 Change your "color scheme" under the appearance tab... it says blue...
Guest Jeremy Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 Well if it was set to blue, the words on the toolbars should be white...but they're blue. So...for some reason the two schemes are glitching together?
inevitab1e Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 yes, both are meshing together. Sometimes it boots up fine with the silver scheme. It has a mind of its own these days. Pisses me off.
