There's not much of a difference by getting the same socket-based motherboard. I don't consider that an upgrade. Features aren't worth paying $100+ dollars for. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Getting some more sticks of the same ram will increase performance. *EDIT* Looking at your ram, it costs $100+ for one stick of 512MB. Looks like you can only buy one. I'm using a neo 4 plat. love it!!! Or how about another HD. Looks like yours is only 40GB. Hd and Ram would be good also.
