sledgep Posted January 8, 2003 Posted January 8, 2003 Why dont you take to adjoining face plates and cut out a circle for the fan, then mount the fan on the inside, and put one of those cool laser cut fan grills on the front.. you get better air circulation that way, and will look cool, I have seen this done on serveral mods, I have don this for my 3.5 bays as well. works really good for cool my HD's Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

sledgep Posted January 9, 2003 Posted January 9, 2003 Well if eating 2 slots is too much, you can get 3 60mm fans and mount them on one of your face plates, wire them all together, and plug em in, that will give you good air flow. All i know is that i have 2 exhaust fans in the back, one on the side and then a cross flow fan on the side doing nothing. I have no real intake source. I need a way to bring in a good amount of air through the front to make a front to rear flow.
