Bfg Customer Service Rocks!

I took my computer apart to get ready for my new mobo, and noticed that one of the fans on my video card was cracked. So I called BFG just to see what their return policy was. They RMA'd the card no questions asked and are sending a replacement as soon as they get mine. WOW! Best customer service I have seen thus far.

yeah, usually rmas are no questions asked cause they dont want to hear all the details and such, they think oh god one of our products is unusable by one of our consumers, lets get a replacement to him to try and keep up our rep lol

Thats good.

But it's only the first phase of customer service. Lets wait and see what the Turn Around time is for you to get the Card back.

Be sure to let us know be cause i'm a BFG owner and my fan is making weird noises and would also like to RMA it.
