Longhorn Finished? Beta?

If you go the the Windows Update site in IE and click View->Source, it shows this... (near the top of the source)

If I'm not mistaken, those are the only OS's actively supported still. Longhorn is there... What's that about?

hmmmm, thats interesting. about a month ago i tried to update longhorn and it said my os was unrecognizable or somethin lol, i might have to try it again.

Update Longhorn? I thought it was still in development.

They have taken out of the feature on WINFS which is SQL so they can release the OS quicker. It should be out next year

Should be out next year. In most magazines they say that it will only come out next year if they keep cutting out features, otherwise it could easily drag on into 2007.
