Not just this upcoming one, but post if you've done something really cool in the past. I don't have a girlfriend at the moment, but I have a really good friend that I will be giving the tried-and-true boquet of flowers to, and maybe something else if I can get creative enough. Quote one of my classmates, when I told him that Canadian Thanksgiving is in October: "Well, you see, we like to spread our holidays out so we have about one every month or so."
