This unit is oone of the more recent, its made for benching. -150f Hey everyone, I said I would post a thread with my cascade so here it is. Iam not sure which level to describe the system at so ill stay moderate and you guys can tell me if you want anything explained(what is a cpev for example) Parts stage 1: 1/2hp rotary compressor DIY reciever Danfoss TY2 TXV with 00 orifice. DIY HX (heat exchanger) Refrigerant, waiting for r402a stage 2: 1/2hp rotary compressor Diy oil seperator (sep) DIY HX DIY reciever Parker CPEV model A2 Block , waiting for chilly1 block Refrigerant, waiting for r1150 (ethylene) Here are some pics. I originaly hadd a parker a2 cpev on the first stage but changed it to the ty2 txv. I have a 6 rowed one that i can sell you. dimensions are somthing like h 6" w 4.5" and lenth is 3 1/2", they are something around there. ill try and get pics. When you get your block then you have to post what kind of overclocks you get. Do you have a fx-55? If so 3300 should be easy. Also are you going for 40k in 01? jsu Posted February 4, 2005 Posted February 4, 2005 I dont have the cash for nice hardware . I have a 2.8m0 and a 3.0slwk that ill prolly be using. I also have a 9600xt and 9600pro so ill try and get the highest in that class. The compressor you pulled from a minifridge is proboly 1/12hp not 1/2 . It should run r22 just fine.
