It doesn't seem to be picky about RAM, but since it handles high speeds so well, some good TCCD would be excellent. At least that is the rated highest speed. If you overclock you can use PC3200 and up, as you are aware. Some boards are picky about RAM, but I don't know if it has anything to do with the CPU.
